Rhythm Well is the home of Davidson
& Associates, a team of artists, performers,
teachers and trainers that offer experiential education
events and programs for learning communities of all
kinds. We use recreational music, movement and metaphor
activities in homes, schools, at job sites, retreats,
hospitals, and in the wilderness to teach skills in
communication, creativity, culture and community. We
oversee the creation of world class seminars, courses
and performances featuring trainers, teachers and artists.

Here you’ll learn how I bring my
passion for cultivating the best parts of people through music
to communities of all kinds. I am a life long musician
with a great love for the ways that people communicate and
learn. The intention of my work is to uncover, and bring to
the fore the patterns that connect human systems to parts
of themselves and to each other, in a way that creates a world
people want to belong to.
| I facilitate drum circles for the
benefit of many types of communities and organizations,
from large corporations to children in schools. I study
and teach traditional music of the African Diaspora for
dance classes, performance, and ceremony. Across all those
communities and cultures, I advocate music as a tool for
manifesting human potential. |

Whether it be toward outcomes of team building,
celebration, cognitive integration, creativity, cross cultural
communication, personal excellence, entertainment, or the
punctuation of the landmarks in time that demarcate the lives
of people and communities, music serves where the blunt instruments
that words are cannot. Suffice to say playing drums together
is fun, it is good for you and it can be made easy.
